Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something does not fit or meet your expectations, here is how our return process works.
Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (including perfume or smoke). All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@onlyfinals.com with your order number (OF-XXXX format) and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Given our limited-run production model, we recommend acting quickly to secure your preferred size before it sells out.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at contact@onlyfinals.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
