Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all purchases made on onlyfinals.com. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions in full.

1. Products & Availability

All pieces are produced in limited runs and are never restocked once sold out. Product visuals and descriptions are indicative; minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our production process. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No card data is stored on our servers. Payment is processed at the time of order.

3. Orders & Confirmation

An order is considered validated once payment has been successfully processed. A confirmation email containing your order summary and reference number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days. Delivery times vary by destination: 3-5 business days for metropolitan France, 5-8 days for the rest of Europe, and 7-14 days for worldwide delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or force majeure events.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@onlyfinals.com with your order number. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, and content on onlyfinals.com are the exclusive property of Only Finals. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Only Finals shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. These terms are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
